Puffin watching tour by boat – just south of Nuuk!

Are there Puffins in Nuuk? Yes, close by. We will visit the beautiful area south of Nuuk, where we will go looking for the puffins. There, on a small island, the puffins lay there eggs during the summer. The puffins can be recognized on their beautiful beeks.

They are smaller birds, at around 30 cm. They spend around 7-8 months at the open sea, and only remain on the islands when they lay their eggs.

We can not guarantee to see the puffins as they are wild animals, and the weather, preadtors or simply nature itself can be a difficult co-player.
